Terms & Conditions

1. To enter a giveaway you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. The closing date is February 29, 2016. American Spa and Pool Pros (ASAPP) reserves the right to amend the giveaway end date at any time.
4. The giveaway winner will be notified by e-mail.
5. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
6. This giveaway is being run by American Spa and Pool Pros.
7. The winner is selected from a random drawing.
8. The prize is a $100 donation made to the USA Swimming Foundation, made in the winner’s name or business name. ASAPP will contact the winner at the end of the contest to confirm what name the donation will be made in.
9. All entrants will be added to the ASAPP email newsletter. Recipients may opt out at any time with links provided in the footer of the emails.
